html - How do you make a responsive site without media-queries? -


for life of me, can't quite figure out how template responsive without extensive use of media-queries.

i bought template, , responsiveness kinda broke while applying , author not responding emails.

i can't quite figure out how looks elegant on small screens particularly.

linux - Rails running on virtual machine in Windows -
