is there possibility retrieve square size images wikipedia instead of proportional ones, there method out there crop images on fly? example

will retrieve 81x100 size image, possible have 100x100 pixel one?

no, there not. thumbnails support (down)scaling , conversion png format, generate fast , small previews. not supposed advanced , arbitrary image manipulation operations.

if want square images, crop them on fly after downloading.

linux - Rails running on virtual machine in Windows -
